To change the world and achieve global impact. We are a multinational company specializing in combining technology to enhance traditional trades, starting with innovation in the steel industry’s value chain worldwide, operating the largest fleet of cobots and specialized operators in Europe.

Technology and Solutions

At GIA ROBOTICS, our cobots are designed to automate traditionally “hard” or repetitive tasks that involve physical strain or exposure to hazards, allowing people to focus on higher-value activities. Examples of automatable tasks include:

  • Palletizing, handling boxes or parts, and machine feeding.

  • Assembly tasks, repetitive processing, or quick changeovers.

  • Activities in ergonomically or safety-demanding environments

This is a comprehensive collaborative welding solution developed by GIA Robotics that enables flexible, safe, and cost-effective automation of welding processes.
It is based on UR cobots, industry leaders, and includes intuitive software, accessories designed for each application, and specialized technical support.

G-ANT from GIA ROBOTICS is a software platform for intelligent industrial management and monitoring. It allows real-time supervision of robots, machines, and operators, providing GPS-based attendance control, daily reports, efficiency measurement (OEE), incident management, AI technical assistance, and integration with surveillance cameras.

We provide turnkey industrial automation solutions tailored to each production process. Key areas include:

  • Finishing cells (deburring, polishing, plasma cutting)

  • Handling applications (packing, palletizing, CNC and press feeding)

  • Robotic stations (welding, laser marking, AI-based vision)

  • Custom developments and industrial software for control and traceability

  • Robot as a Service, training, and full technical support

Support and Technical Service

We provide comprehensive technical support to ensure the proper operation of our solutions.

Yes. We provide online assistance and offline support, enabling issue resolution, updates, or programming adjustments without the need for on-site visits.

Yes. We offer specialized training for operators and technicians, focusing on cobot maintenance and safe operation of automated systems.

You can contact our team via support email, direct phone assistance, or through the G-ANT application. Our team responds as quickly as possible.

Installation and Commissioning

Installation time varies depending on project complexity, but our solutions are usually implemented within a few hours, thanks to quick setup and plug-and-play design.

Only a partial, planned stop is required for final integration. Most of the work—design, programming, and testing—is done beforehand at our facilities, minimizing downtime on-site.

The initial programming and commissioning are performed by GIA Robotics’ technical team, ensuring the system is fully operational from day one. We also provide personalized training so clients can make adjustments or reprogram autonomously if desired.

Safety and Compliance

Yes. All our solutions comply with European safety regulations and CE marking, ensuring every system meets the highest industry standards. Risk assessments are performed for each project to guarantee a safe working environment.

Not necessarily. Collaborative robots are designed to work safely alongside operators, thanks to integrated sensors and force limiters. In some cases, additional safety barriers or optical sensors are added depending on the application or client requirements.

Yes. Each installation includes training on safe system use, ensuring staff understand operational best practices and preventive measures. Our goal is to guarantee a safe, efficient, and regulatory-compliant work environment.
